Red Eye Express Reemixed

Red Eye Express were the team of multi-instrumentalists, Giorgio Giampietri & Damiano Verna, aided by vocalist Carolyn Guirrisi & keyboardist/ programmer, Christopher Innes.
Prolific in their short lifespan, Red Eye Express released music here on Tempest, as well as on our sister label, Cosmicleaf, and a host of other labels.
Reemixed brings together a collection of tracks released on Cosmicleaf, featuring remixes and collaborations with Zero Cult, Side Liner, D. Batistatos & Cydelix, as well as a selection of previously unreleased remixes from Tempest artists, Arcane Trickster, Lonely Faces, Stickleback, Garagee & The Omm Squad.
You can find links to Bandcamp (above) and Spotify (below).
You can also find it on iTunes, Amazon & pretty much everywhere else.

We will be launching the album this Friday night, in our home town of Melbourne at Geotech #6, with a special DJ mix from Damiano.

We've also put together a special Spotify Playlist as a guide to the new album, featuring all the tracks from the album, a track from each remixer, and (where applicable) the original version.

Lonely Faces - "Silver Moon"

"Silver Moon" is the debut album from Lonely Faces, the alter ego of Melbourne based producer Michael Baum.

"Silver Moon" spans a variety of influences. Diverse in stylistic breadth, the album was created as an aural experiment on classic analogue synthesizers, heavily influenced by classic techno and electro sounds.

Michael made his debut on Tempest Recordings as one half of liquid drum and bass outfit Guilty Hero, on their debut album "Sweethearts", before debuting Lonely Faces on our landmark 50th release.

New video from Garagee, Numatica Digipack & GeoRhythm

Garagee has a new album on the way, and has been busy producing video clips.

Here's the video for Gentle.

You can catch Garagee live this Friday night at the Purple Emerald, 349 High St Northcote, alonside Tempest label mates, Stickleback, Arcane Trickster, Guilty Hero and our buddies, The Med School

Also, we've just got in some lush digipack CDs for the new album from Numatica 1 X 1 =3, for those of you who know there's nothing quite like Physical product.

You can get yours from our Bandcamp store right here: tempestrecordings.bandcamp.com/album/1-x-1-3

Also, for those budding producers out there, you should check out the new mixing school for Aria award winning producer, Simon Polinski.

Simon may be better known to you as Hesius Dome, his ambient project released on Tempest, PsyHarmonics, Cosmicleaf and many other fine labels, and also for his production work for the likes of Red Eye Express, Arcane Trickster & more on our label, not to mention worldwide stars like The Church & Ollie Olsen.
